With over forty years in the construction industry, we have gained multifaceted work skills. The journey has provided us with extensive experience in fields such as residential building and, commercial maintenance engineering, certified HVAC engineering, asset management, and insurance risk inspections, just to mention a few. We have comprehensive mechanical and technical training and education, along with multiple certifications. We continually pursue ongoing education to stay up to date with the latest procedures and technology. It is exciting and rewarding to apply this knowledge and these skills to inspection services for our customers.

We always make every effort to complete the inspection in a timely manner. When possible, we will try to accommodate your schedule so you may attend the inspection.

We adhere to the SOP guidelines set forth by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).
